Our first conversation is being prepared
We will start with a training provider on how learners are connected with employers. Every conversation is published only with the participant's permission.
How we record conversations
Each conversation lasts 25 to 35 minutes and comes from a defined research question. Before we begin, participants choose how they want to be named and quoted.
We send participants the edited interview before publication and invite corrections. Taking part in a conversation does not make someone an adviser to the lab, or their employer a partner.
